About Us

With over 27 years' experience in the design, build and maintenance of computer systems, the team at Odin IT provides the same in-depth knowledge to small-to-medium-sized-enterprises (SMEs) that larger companies receive from their in-house IT departments - and we also use our expertise to help and assist home users.

Odin IT does not hide behind technical jargon, nor does it provide IT solutions that require an expert to implement them. You will not be left to struggle with instructions you cannot fathom and if the solution to any query or problem isn't workable, then we won't suggest it.

With a vast array of experience in IT disciplines, from systems analysis and PC security to networking and virus protection, the promise of Odin IT is that it will care for both your current and future IT needs.

Our Team

The team at Odin IT has over 125 years’ combined experience which amounts to a very impressive level of  IT knowledge. And, whilst each member of the team has a significant level of knowledge across the broad range of IT disciplines, each is also a real expert in different and supplementary fields.

Tom Trosborg is managing partner of Odin IT. Tom is a key player in the IT support business, initially specializing in the property and financial services sector. An increasing number of calls from both the SME sector and from home users requesting intelligent and intelligible consultancy confirmed Tom's belief that this is where the real business needs were to be found.

Tom has a current Enhanced Criminal Record Certificate (i.e. is fully CRB checked), for your reassurance.

Nick is known as Professor MS because for over 24 years he has specialized in all aspects of software and systems development at Microsoft. There is no problem he has not been able to solve.

Simi is our highly experienced trainer who can help you get the best out of your computer. Simi has 12 years experience in providing teaching and mentoring to people of all ages and backgrounds. Simi has an informal style which makes learning enjoyable.

Frank specializes in servers and networking. As the need to communicate through our computers has increased so too has the need for systems that talk to each other. Frank makes the talk happen.

Kim is the acceptable face of Odin IT - she handles the marketing and our special promotions with aplomb.

Mark has a vast knowledge of the computer hardware market and what suits the customers’ needs.
