Code Of Conduct

This is a Code of Practice that we support and practice.

We will be competent to perform the repair and services we undertake, and we will perform our duties professionally.

Any information seen on a computer being repaired or serviced will remain completely confidential. We do not keep any passwords unless specifically requested to do so.

We strive to complete jobs as quickly as is commensurate with doing it professionally, and we will not suggest or recommend you to incur expenditure on hardware or software unless we feel it is in your best interest.

Repairers and Service Engineers will only charge for computer repairs actually carried out, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

If a repair is undertaken in your home, all reasonable steps will be taken to ensure that residents are not put at risk. Anybody from Odin IT visiting your home has been CRB checked.

If we dispose of computers or computer drives we will ensure all confidential information is completely destroyed (not just deleted).

Please let us know if we don’t live up to the standards we set ourselves. We strive to improve, and can best achieve this with your help!

We support home users with the same care and professionalism that we extend to our business clients.

We aim  to save you money, and to ensure that your documents and photographs are safe - and we have the professional expertise and experience to do this!
