When Odin IT started over 24 years ago, hardly anybody had a home computer, but now they are widespread.

We support home users with the same care and professionalism that we extend to our business clients.

We aim to save you money, and to ensure that your documents and photographs are safe - and we have the professional expertise and experience to do this.

Computer running slow?

If your computer is just a few years old, chances are that all it needs is a bit more memory or a good spring clean, so we can often get it flying in an hour or so, at £45 p/h with no call-out charge. Many people buy new computers when they don't need to.

Virus infection, spyware and other nasties

We can usually clean computers of these infections, with our first priority being the safety of your documents. Scanning computers for nasties can take hours, so to save you money these jobs are best carried out in our workshop. We pick up and re-install your computer, we fix the problems, and our total charge for this complete service is typically about £60. And remember: no fix - no fee.

Repairs and Upgrades

We repair and upgrade all makes of PCs and laptops, including Packard Bell, Dell, HP-Compaq, Toshiba and IBM. We provide ongoing help and support, including remote support.

We save you money and trouble

We keep up to date with the current best deals around, thus saving you time and money, and we are completely independent of all manufacturers and resellers so we give you true and honest objective advice. We will set up and install the new system for you. If there's data from an old computer you would like transferred, we can safely do that too (documents, emails, photographs etc). Result: you save money, you get a fully working system that meets your requirements, and you get great support from a local company with a proven track record.

Internet, emails and telephones

Don't tie yourself down to an inferior service - speak to us first about anything to do with telephones and telephony. We know the best value-for-money suppliers, and most of these do not advertise on TV.

Your documents and photos are precious

Whether we’re repairing or replacing, rest assured that we always take great care to save your data, emails and photographs. Plus, we'll explain things in plain English and show you how to download free antivirus and other useful software from the Internet.
